ReNewy Living will send an automated email to confirm your order’s completion. Additionally, Australia Post will email you when your parcel is lodged at the post office.

A registered letter and parcel with tracking number is the best way to ensure your items get to your address. In the unlikely event there is a delivery issue whilst in transit, it’s much easier to solve when there’s a handy tracking number.

When estimating the delivery timeline for your order, consider the following:

  • The delivery timeframe, as recommended by Australia Post
  • Any potential local, national or global logistics delays
  • High-demand periods such as Christmas, as well as local, state and national Australian public holidays

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe of the expected delivery window for your location (as indicated in Australia Post’s tracking details), you have a few options:

  • Visit auspost.com.au and enter your Australia Post tracking numbers in the “track an item” field.
  • Alternatively, open your AusPost app and click the “track” icon for detailed information
  • For further details and a potential updated Estimated Delivery Date, contact Australia Post by phone between 8am- 6pm (local time) on 13 7678.
